Google Tours

The first tour I watched, was Feri's. It was very interesting and entertaining. Before I wathced her tour, she mentioned some things she did at the summer, bu when I saw the tour, I could imagine perfectly all of her summer vacation. It was pretty awesome. It was very interesting to see the places she visited. It seems like her tour, was very fun, she went to Boston. She had many places, which made the tour long but entertaining, she had many details that make the one whose watching it very fun. What Feris could have done better, is to try to make the tour, go a bit more slow. In some parts, you couldn't appreciate it well, because it was too fast.

The second tour I saw was Adri's. I really liked her tour, because she had the exact places
were she spent most of her summer. For example her house, which i know it quite well, so I could exactly know when I was watching the tour. I like that Adri, specified very well and put details in her tour. What she could improve it is to make her tour more brief. It was too long, that bored a bit, although it was still very entertaining.

The last tour I saw was Fernanda's. Fernanda's tour was amazing. I really liked hers. It seems like if she put a lot of effort, she settled on the cities rather than specific hotels and airport, I really liked that, it was quite interesting. She definately could have improve her tour. It would have been better if she had more details about all the places that she visited, on the other side, she was still very precise.

Last but not least, my tour. I like my tour because I put details and I tried to specified the most I could. I put all the places I visited like when I went to Guadalajara, when I was working at the restaurant etc. Although it was brief i still like my tour. Many people say that I could have done better if my tour had been longer, but i didn't wanted to have a very long tour, because it wouldn't be the same. I like brief presentations but with a lot of details. I think i was precise, in my tour and it was interesting and entertaining.

School year just started! Yay! I'm gald im back from Summer Vacations. I had one of the best vacations ever. I did many fun and different things from other years. An amazing thing was that I learned to become a much better person, and to get to know more people. This summer was my sweet fifteen party. I had a wonderful time. All of my friends were there, wishing me happy birthday, which made me feel very special. Everything at my party was perfect for me, all of my friends had fun. A week after my party, my mom decided to make a trip to USA. We visited some family in L.A and San Diego, California. I did shopping and many interesting things while I was there. A good thing was that I got out of the same routine. When I arrived back to PV, I spent most of my vacations working at my Dad's restaurant... It wasn't that boring, because my sister was with me and we both spent some quality time together. This were the things I just did!


One thing I would like to do for myself, its probably have a rest. In my opinion I worked so hard this summer at my Dad's restaurant. I worked in the Morning and also in the afternoon. I ended exhausted every day, but I felt happy because I was helping my Dad with the business. Probably I deserve some vacations right? Maybe going into a SPA or something like that LOL.
Another thing I'll like to do for myself is.. spend more time with my pals. This summer I think I just got like to chances to spent time with them. I like to hang out with them after school and stuff. I really deserve that. Also I think I deserve more communication with my family. Spent time with them, and share important memories. These are the things I'll like to do for myself.


A part of me that makes me very special is... Mmm.. I probably think that, the way I am. I think I am very different from other people in my school. I have attitudes that make me unique. I consider myself a strong person. I don't go down that easily. I always try to face any problem I'm having, because I don't want to be afraid of no one. Another thing that makes me a special person, is that I'm always there to help others with any kind of problem they might have. Always I try to give my pals advices to make them feel better in very tough moments. When they always need my help, I'm always there trying to get a smile out of their faces.
For me that's absolutely a very unique and special thing about me. I consider myself a lucky girl whose dreams are really coming true. Maybe sometimes people might think i'm a bit agressive, but that's the way i'm, I like to fight for what I want, and I don't want to surrender. These are the things that make me special.

Net Speed Graph

Here is a picture of my net speed from all over the year. Here you can see the rises and the downs I had over the year. In the graph you can observe that some days, I was pretty good, but sometimes my scores weren't that successful. I think I've improve a lot this year. I remember that in the beginning of the year I had many issues in typing. I used to type very slow, now my scores have improved dramatically. Now i'm able to type faster. For example most f the times my net speed has increased a lot. Now I have 30s and I used to have like 17 or 20s. I think typing should be included in next year, because like that many students will be able to type faster and they life would be easier. It is the best thing to do. They would feel less pressure when they have to do homework's and stuff like that.
I think that typing tracker really helped me a lot this year, I've become a faster in typing.

Pow 3: This graph can also help you read the percentages. Although is a bit confusing, because most of the grades are very close., but it also shows were it rises and where it goes down.

Bar graph: This graph demonstrates percentages. This chart is helpful because if can help you understand how much I increased in the tests. You can observe some bars going up and some of the going down.

Pie Graph: This is not a good graph, because it doesn't
demonstrate specific information. If you look at
the graph you can't tell anything about it. Not the growth
nothing. This is not a good graph. It needs more information like estimations, actual data etc.

Oil Spill

This year the world has faced one of the major enviromental issues. This is the Oil Spill that occured in Louisiana. It was a catastrophic explosion that caused an oil spill from a BP offshore drilling rig in the Gulf of Mexico has reached the shoreline. The leak is currently releasing 5,000 barrels of oil per day, this oil spill is on track to become the worst oil spill in history.
This even has made me understand even more why environmentalists are so passionate with their beliefs. This is a nightmare of crude, cruel proportions. This company is killing all of our marine life and the nerve you have to want your life back and to say the size of the spill is way less then the water that is in the ocean that is not the point you are killing everything in that area and that affects the entire ocean. To solve this situation is in the best interest of humanity, this is important for all. Let’s work as simple human beings interested in save our gulf, eventually the pollution caused are going to affect all the oceans. It's time for bp or OBAMA or any rich company to offer job to all the jobless in the country and to request authorization to employ illegal’s and bring people to help clean this mess, an human chain of workers along the beach is needed, need to fight. To solve this situation is in the best interest of humanity, this is important for all.

Map TESTING WEEK.

Last week, we had our MAP TESTINGS. They were OK, I thought i was going to get all stressed out but as matter of fact I didn't. I was relaxed, and I tried my best in each one of the tests. I expected to have better grades in English, but unfortunately my highest score was in math, I got 234. Which I felt very proud of. I was expecting more hard questions or many more difficult things, but I think that I've improved a lot in math. I remember that in the last ones I got like 215. Which that demonstrates that I've develop a lot. I felt very good, when I finished my exams, with no more stress!!

Enviromental Issues PRESENTATIONS

Today I had the pleasure to see different presentations. They were very interesting. They were about different types of environmental issues. I graded Mahonry's presentation that talked about Global Farming. He explained very important and interesting facts that make me think of how we humans are destroying the planet. He put very important bullet points and I like the pictures. Although he forgot to put the citations and most of the time, in the slides he had a lot of information, he needed to reduce it. My presentation was quite well. I put a lot of effort and mentioned very important facts about rain forest destruction. I put important facts and put very important quotes that make us humans wonder to safe the planet. The presentations were very interesting!
